Everything else is secondary.<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u6897\u6982\uff1a<\/p>\n<h3>How you view cross?<\/h3>\n<div>Just as there are two sides to every coin, there \u00a0are two sides to the cross: He died for me\/GLORY<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Are these two sides equal or one is primary or the other is secondary?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It is very difficult to answer.\u00a0Because there has been conflicting and confusing communication in the church.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Some Survey:<\/h3>\n<div>What is the primary purpose of the church?<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>To worship God<\/li>\n<li>To save sinners<\/li>\n<li>To glorify God<\/li>\n<li>To fellowship<\/li>\n<li>To be an example<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>What is the primary purpose of christ&#8217;s death?<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>To save us from sin<\/li>\n<li>To give us an example<\/li>\n<li>To fulfill prophecy<\/li>\n<li>To do the father&#8217;s will<\/li>\n<li>To glorify God<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Then the next question is to vote only one answer!<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>What is the primary purpose of the church? To glorify God! \u00a0Life is all about God<\/li>\n<li>What is the primary purpose for Christ&#8217;s death? \u00a0To save us from sin. Life is all about us!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Half time we said life is about God, half time is about ourselves.<\/strong> \u00a0The same for other things like music selection as well!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Question: why Christ come to cross to die?<\/h3>\n<div>Luke 19:10\u00a0<span class=\"wj\"><span class=\"content\">For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Salvation is not the end goal! Salvation is the stepping stone<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>How did christ death affect the glory of his father?<\/h2>\n<div>There ways christ dearth points us to his father\u2019s glory!<\/div>\n<h3>1 Christ death upholds\/restores his father\u2019s reputation<\/h3>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Why was christ concerned for his father\u2019s reputation ? Could it be the God was looking like a hypocrite?<\/div>\n<div>Exodus 21:14 <span class=\"label\">14<\/span><span class=\"content\">But if anyone schemes and kills someone deliberately, that person is to be taken from my altar and <strong>put to death<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>there is No exception! Put him to death!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>But for the story for David and Bathsheba, whose husband is one of the 35 soldiers helped David. \u00a0When David make Bathsheba pregnant, David has the plan to get out! Plan A not work, plan B not work, then plan C. It is David who killed him.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>2 Samuel 12:<span class=\"verse v5\" data-usfm=\"2SA.12.5\"><span class=\"label\">5<\/span><span class=\"content\">David burned with anger against the man and said to Nathan, \u201cAs surely as the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"nd\"><span class=\"content\">Lord\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"content\">lives, the man who did this must die!\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v6\" data-usfm=\"2SA.12.6\"><span class=\"label\">6<\/span><span class=\"content\">He must pay for that lamb four times over, because he did such a thing and had no pity.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v7 selected\" data-usfm=\"2SA.12.7\"><span class=\"label\">7<\/span><span class=\"content\">Then Nathan said to David, \u201c<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>You are the man!<\/strong><\/span> This is what the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"nd\"><span class=\"content\">Lord<\/span><\/span><span class=\"content\">, the God of Israel, says: \u2018I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"p\">\n<div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v13\" data-usfm=\"2SA.12.13\"><span class=\"label\">13<\/span><span class=\"content\">Then David said to Nathan, \u201cI have sinned against the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"nd\"><span class=\"content\">Lord<\/span><\/span><span class=\"content\">.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v13\" data-usfm=\"2SA.12.13\"><span class=\"content\">Nathan replied, \u201cThe\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"nd\"><span class=\"content\">Lord<\/span><\/span><span class=\"content\">has taken away your sin. <strong>You are not going to die<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cYou are the man\u201d! Nathan: \u201cYou are not going to die\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>What do Israel think? \u00a0 Maybe God is not holy at all. \u00a0David and millions of other\u2019s sins were not being dealt with ?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Romans 3:25,26 <span class=\"verse v24\" data-usfm=\"ROM.3.24\"><span class=\"content\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v25\" data-usfm=\"ROM.3.25\"><span class=\"label\">25<\/span><span class=\"content\">God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement,<\/span><span class=\"note f\"><a class=\"ng-isolate-scope\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/1\/jhn.1.kjv#\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"footnote-icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/assets\/footnote.png\" \/><\/a><\/span><span class=\"content\">\u00a0through the shedding of his blood\u2014to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished\u2014\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v26\" data-usfm=\"ROM.3.26\"><span class=\"label\">26<\/span><span class=\"content\">he did it <strong>to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time<\/strong>, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Jesse death upholds restores the reputation of his fathers\u2019 glory<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>2 Christ death will restore creation to tis original state<\/h3>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Genesis 3:<span class=\"label\">17<\/span><span class=\"content\">To Adam he said, \u201cBecause you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, \u2018You must not eat from it,\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v17\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.17\">\u201c<strong>Cursed is the ground<\/strong> because of you;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v17\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.17\">through painful toil you will eat food from it<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v17\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.17\">all the days of your life.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v18\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.18\"><span class=\"label\">18<\/span><span class=\"content\">It will produce thorns and thistles for you,<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v18\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.18\">and you will eat the plants of the field.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.19\"><span class=\"label\">19<\/span><span class=\"content\">By the sweat of your brow<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.19\">you will eat your food<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.19\">until you return to the ground,<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.19\">since from it you were taken;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.19\">for dust you are<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"GEN.3.19\">and to dust you will return.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Cursed is the ground because of you;<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>How is the ground cursed? \u00a0To wish or invoke evil, calamity injury or destruction. \u00a0Do you thinks storms, earthquake etc are curses?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Revelation 21:1 <span class=\"label\">1<\/span><span class=\"content\">Then I saw \u201ca new heaven and a new earth,\u201d<\/span><span class=\"note f\"><a class=\"ng-isolate-scope\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/1\/jhn.1.kjv#\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"footnote-icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/assets\/footnote.png\" \/><\/a><\/span><span class=\"content\">\u00a0for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Do you there will be storms\/earthquake? \u00a0\u2026<\/div>\n<div>Romans 8:20,21 <span class=\"verse v20\" data-usfm=\"ROM.8.20\"><span class=\"label\">20<\/span><span class=\"content\">For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v21\" data-usfm=\"ROM.8.21\"><span class=\"label\">21<\/span><span class=\"content\">that<\/span><span class=\"note f\"><a class=\"ng-isolate-scope\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/1\/jhn.1.kjv#\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"footnote-icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/assets\/footnote.png\" \/><\/a><\/span><span class=\"content\">\u00a0the creation itself will be liberated from <strong>its bondage to decay<\/strong> and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The creation was subjected to frustration.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0We will see his glory in its original design. Is this spiritual?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Colossians 1:<span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"COL.1.19\"><span class=\"label\">19<\/span><span class=\"content\">For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v20\" data-usfm=\"COL.1.20\"><span class=\"label\">20<\/span><span class=\"content\">and through him to <strong>reconcile<\/strong> to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Reconcile: \u00a0to make good again, repair. \u00a0Jesue reconsile all things (People, not just people, things on earth and on heaven) Not just for people, for everything . \u00a0Jesus also did for heaven.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Acts3:21 <span class=\"verse v19\" data-usfm=\"ACT.3.19\"><span class=\"content\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v21\" data-usfm=\"ACT.3.21\"><span class=\"label\">21<\/span><span class=\"content\">Heaven must receive him until the time comes for God to <strong>restore everything<\/strong>, as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>Restore: to bring back to the former, original, or normal condition<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Jesus also die for animals!<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Revelation5:13<\/p>\n<div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v13\" data-usfm=\"REV.5.13\"><span class=\"label\">13<\/span><span class=\"content\">Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, <strong>saying<\/strong>:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v13\" data-usfm=\"REV.5.13\">\u201cTo him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v13\" data-usfm=\"REV.5.13\"><strong>be praise and honor and glory and power<\/strong>,<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"qc\"><span class=\"verse v13\" data-usfm=\"REV.5.13\">for ever and ever!\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"qc\"><\/div>\n<p>After curse, no talking. After this, saying. \u00a0<strong>Be praise and the honor and glory and power<\/strong>. It is not just about us, it is about his GLORY. \u00a0The curse will have been broken<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>3 Christ Death Allow humanity to to fulfill their original purpose<\/h3>\n<p>Isaiah 43:<span class=\"verse v6\" data-usfm=\"ISA.43.6\"><span class=\"label\">6<\/span><span class=\"content\">I will say to the north, \u2018Give them up!\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v6\" data-usfm=\"ISA.43.6\">and to the south, \u2018Do not hold them back.\u2019<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v6\" data-usfm=\"ISA.43.6\">Bring my sons from afar<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v6\" data-usfm=\"ISA.43.6\">and my daughters from the ends of the earth\u2014<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v7\" data-usfm=\"ISA.43.7\"><span class=\"label\">7<\/span><span class=\"content\">everyone who is called by my name,<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v7\" data-usfm=\"ISA.43.7\"><strong>whom I created for my glory<\/strong>,<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v7\" data-usfm=\"ISA.43.7\">whom I formed and made.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><\/div>\n<p>whom I have created for my glory? \u00a0We are created to glory God, that\u2019s the reason for our marriage, school and works etc. This is the primary reason for everything. Do my work to glory God, love my spouse to glorify God. To raise childen to glory God. We cannot glory God as we should.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Romas 15:8,9<\/p>\n<div class=\"p\"><span class=\"verse v8\" data-usfm=\"ROM.15.8\"><span class=\"label\">8<\/span><span class=\"content\">For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews<\/span><span class=\"note f\"><a class=\"ng-isolate-scope\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/1\/jhn.1.kjv#\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"footnote-icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/assets\/footnote.png\" \/><\/a><\/span><span class=\"content\">\u00a0on behalf of God\u02bcs truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmed\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v9\" data-usfm=\"ROM.15.9\"><span class=\"label\">9<\/span><span class=\"content\">and, moreover, <strong>that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy<\/strong>. As it is written:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q1\"><span class=\"verse v9\" data-usfm=\"ROM.15.9\">\u201cTherefore I will praise you among the Gentiles;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v9 selected\" data-usfm=\"ROM.15.9\"><span class=\"content\">I will sing the praises of your name.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><\/div>\n<p>so that the gentiles(not just Israel) <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8220;might not go to hell\u201d (x)<\/span>. Christian is not about avoid hell. This is a terrible way! It is not right. \u00a0The gentiles may glorify God for his mercy!(V) \u00a0We were created to glorify God!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Not only us but all the nations.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Psalm 86:<span class=\"label\">9<\/span><span class=\"content\">All the nations you have made<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"q2\"><span class=\"verse v9\" data-usfm=\"PSA.86.9\">will come and worship before you, Lord;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><strong><span class=\"verse v9\" data-usfm=\"PSA.86.9\">they will bring glory to your name.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"q2\"><\/div>\n<p>All the nations they will bring glory to God.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>This is how you define Missions! Missions is &#8221; leading people to be restored to their \u00a0original purpose&#8221;!<\/div>\n<div>Salvation is a stepping storm to glorifying God in every are of our lives.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2><strong>Does Jesus agree?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>John 12:<span class=\"verse v27\" data-usfm=\"JHN.12.27\"><span class=\"label\">27<\/span><span class=\"content\">\u00a0 <\/span><span class=\"wj\"><span class=\"content\">\u201cNow my soul is troubled, and what shall I say? \u2018Father, save me from this hour\u2019? No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"verse v28\" data-usfm=\"JHN.12.28\"><span class=\"label\">28<\/span><span class=\"wj\"><span class=\"content\">Father, glorify your name!\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Father save Jesus\u00a0this hour? No! \u00a0its for this very reason I came to this hour. FATHER! (Not talking with disciples) \u00a0Jesus knows he will experience the worst death. He is talking with father. Primary reason or secondary reason? \u00a0Primary reason is what? Save these kids wonderful worthy people from hell they don\u2019t deserve it? NO \u00a0 He even didn\u2019t mention us! \u00a0It is not about US!<\/div>\n<div>What did he say: Father! Glorify your name!<\/div>\n<div>The primary reason is to glorify his father!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Back to Sunday school! \u00a0If church\u2019s primary reason is the glorify God, then the primary<\/div>\n<div>Its all about glorify God and his nations! \u00a0The message is consistent all through the Bible!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>People may ask: did christ die for our sin or not? Yes to glorify his father!<\/div>\n<div>1 corinthians 10:31\u00a0<span class=\"content\">So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Primary: Glorify God. Secondary he die for us!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Cats and Dogs<\/h2>\n<div>\n<div>If you don\u2019t see the differences you will see two Christians.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>There is a joke about cats and dogs that conveys their differences perfectly. A dog says, &#8221; You pet me, you feed me, you shelter me, you love me, you must be God.&#8221; A cat says, &#8220;You ped me, you feed me, you shelter me, you love me, I must be God.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This difference between cats and dogs is very similar to how christian theology is being lived out today, We call it &#8220;Dog Theology&#8221; and &#8220;Cat Theology.&#8221;. Dogs say, &#8220;Lord, You love me, you bless me abundantly, You gave your life for me, Yo must be God.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>Whereas Cats say, &#8220;Lord, You love me, you bless me abundantly, You gave your life for me, I must be god.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0Its all about us! Baby! God did everything for us! \u00a0We are so special to us!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cat Christians:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>He died for me! \u00a0Jesus left the father\u2019s glory for me.<\/li>\n<li>He suffered for me.<\/li>\n<li>He did for me<\/li>\n<li>He building a mansion for e. He is interceding o m<\/li>\n<li>H coming back in for me.<\/li>\n<li>He must live for me!<\/li>\n<li>No wonder I love God! I am glad that I am Christian.<\/li>\n<li>He give his son to me!<\/li>\n<li>He gave me everything.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ephesians5:<span class=\"verse v1\" data-usfm=\"EPH.5.1\"><span class=\"label\">1<\/span><span class=\"content\">Follow God\u02bcs example, therefore, as dearly loved children\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Be imitators of God\u2026 I will live for me! I will work a very comfortable I\u2019ve \u00a0He lives for me. I lives for me!
