If you choose three, you won\u2019t do anything. Choose one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h3>1. Build your confidence. \u5efa\u7acb\u4fe1\u5fc3<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Someone is consistently speaking the language of the lid.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0\u201cThere is not hours in the day. I can\u2019t get it done.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Change your self-talk.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0David encouraged himself in the Lord.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Take one step forward.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0I was rejected for ordination and I was devastated. I heard a voice, \u201cYou are not who others say you are. You are who I say you are.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0If He has called you, step through your fear and build your confidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Expand your connections. \u64f4\u5c55\u95dc\u4fc2<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0If you show me who you listen to, I\u2019ll show you who you\u2019re becoming.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0There is one person, one relationship that changed how we do ministry.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0You don\u2019t need to know people now. You can learn from legendary genius. Don\u2019tcopy what they do; learn how think.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0You may be one relationship away from changing your destiny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Improve your competence. \u589e\u9032\u80fd\u529b<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0You may not know the area that needs to improve, but everyone else knows.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Where specifically do you need to improve?<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Some of you need to improve: your communication, your listening, delegating, giving feedback, receiving feedback, work ethic, hiring\/recruiting, firing, casting vision, how we run meetings,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Strengthen your character. \u64cd\u7df4\u54c1\u683c<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Talent can get you to the top, but only your character can keep you there.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0If your character is not strengthening, your character is weakening.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Check your life for leaks.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Is there something in your private life that will hurt your public life.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Why would I want to resist a temptation tomorrow that I can eliminate today?<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0You are only as strong as you are honest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>\uf0b7 If you could have gotten out of it, you already would have.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h3>5. Increase your commitment. \u66f4\u6df1\u59d4\u8eab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Here\u2019s an example: I changed my diet drastically.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Quit kinda-sort of doing something. Do it.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0Get out debt.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0We will not stop until our marriage honors God and blesses generations to come. It is the top priority of our lives.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0The next generation is not the church of tomorrow. They are today.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0We are not spiritual consumers; we\u2019re contributors.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0We will do anything short of sin to reach people far from God.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0b7 \u00a0There is more in you.
